Content Expert
Key objective of the W&R FEC Center is to support the Wholesale & Rural regions and business lines to ensure full compliance with all applicable FEC standards, full standardization and continuous enhancement of the FEC processes in line with regulatory developments. At our Global FEC Academy, we are looking for an experienced Transaction Monitoring (TM) Content Expert. Your role will be to further strengthen the TM knowledge and skills across the W&R regions and business lines. This role is suitable for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, who does not hesitate to think outside of the box, and someone who enjoys working with various stakeholders globally. A role where you take on responsibility for the TM knowledge & skills infrastructure of the bank, and by doing so, support the Wholesale and Rural business lines in the execution of their TM processes. As a TM Content Expert, you ensure that the TM policies are being translated into training material and global procedures for actors in the Transaction Monitoring process. Practical Examples • Translating the regulatory changes into global training or procedures. • Writing and maintaining the Global TM Procedures. • Providing training to actors in the Transaction Monitoring Process. You will work in a diverse team of 5-7 learning professionals (Learning Leads, Content Experts, and a Project Manager). Our Global Learning Team is part of a bigger team, all focused on supporting and leading our six regions in numerous ways (change, procedures, and quality monitoring). Your main responsibilities as TM Content Expert will include: • Creating and maintaining the content of the global training curriculum for the TM process and other regulatory assessments; • Acting as centre of expertise on TM and regulatory client assessments and classification; • Delivering functional support to users on content related questions; • Report on project status to assist with forecasting and planning; • Contribute to the ongoing development of our FEC Academy. You and your talent: • Academic level of thinking and working with 2-5 years of relevant experience; • Experience in an international (wholesale) environment, preferably in the TM domain; • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for the financial sector; • Knowledge of money laundering, terrorism financing and sanctions; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; • Ability to monitor the impact that legislative changes will have on the Group and its business lines; • Ability to manage competing priorities and plan own work effectively and efficiently; • Knowledge or awareness of learning delivery and methodologies; • Experience guiding and working with subject matter experts (SME), instructional designers and creative teams to design and develop everything from individual e-learnings, video learnings, interactive animated videos, infographics to classroom courses; • Have good communication, stakeholder, time management and problem-solving skills. As a TM Content Expert, it is nice to also have: • Experience with Agile/Scrum; • Experience in the learning and development area, especially understanding of various training methods; • Have intercultural awareness skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders; • Have previous experience in FEC, Risk, and/or Compliance; • Be able to apply a ‘global view’ and apply perspective of all regions.
