Your responsibilities as a SHEQ Officer are:
• The SHEQ Officer understands our SHEQ policies like NINA and WoW;
• He/she provides basic SHEQ activities like administration, instructions and supervision/
control of our SHEQ responsibilities at site/project (like tender support, safety officer,
quality and document control);
• He/she can communicate properly with clients and stakeholders;
• He/she acts as a professional representative of our SHEQ values and rules;
• Organizing basic SHEQ activities like administration, instructions and supervision/control
of SHEQ related tasks;
• Achieving results by understanding the added value of our SHEQ values and rules: a safe
working environment;
• Leading by example: being a professional SHEQ representative also for clients and
stakeholders;
• Promoting, providing feedback and advising to increase SHEQ knowledge and awareness;
• Reporting of all deviations to the SHEQ policies to the SHEQ Manager and Project Leader;
• Administrating SHEQ data Providing input for the improvement of SHEQ policies;
• In case of an emergency, contributing to the execution of the emergency response procedure;
• Being an ambassador, driven by intrinsic values, for the SHEQ programs.
You can make your mark as a SHEQ Officer if you have:
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
• Shows NINA leadership and knowledge of SHEQ policies, programs and procedures Self starter;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Basic skills in ICT Office applications.
