Support Specialist-Mobility
TenneT has transformed its Financial Services Corporate organisation to Financial Governance Services Corporate (FGS) per 1-7-2020. Some of the big challenges are: significantly improve data quality and consistency through standardization of data definitions and chart of accounts, harmonisation of booking logic and by improving 'first time right' quality of recordings. Harmonise data structures and ensure these are 'fit for purpose' and meeting the requirements of different stakeholders. It is the ambition of FGS to be a value creating business partner, based on strategic management, analytics & steering, internal leadership, cross-functional teams and digitalization & automation. Within FGS a new Mobility team has been formalized, which operates cross border for Germany and the Netherlands. The team is headed by the crossborder manager for Accounts Payable & Mobility. In further strengthening the team, we are looking for a: Support Specialist Mobility Corporate Mobility Management (MOB) is divided into the following sub-areas: 1. Fleet Management 2. Travel Management 3. Expense Management For the position of (senior) support specialist, main focus lies on sub-area 1 Fleet and partly subarea 2 Travel Management. Sub area 3 is out of scope. Tasks and roles: • Reporting to the crossborder manager Accounts Payable & Mobility and assisting to the cross border mobility manager; • Support for the activities for harmonization of the Corporate Mobility Vision - between the countries Netherlands and Germany; • Support to coordination of internal IT-mobility- systems in addition billing and payment systems; • Dynamic process design and communication in internal communication channels; • Supporting in implementation of standardized mobility concepts (leasing, travel, HR-Leasing, Bike Leasing; • Support to coordination of the established service providers from the Mobility Segment; • Communication with internal and external stakeholders from the mobility sector; • Knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders and integration of "Continuous Improvement Management”; • Supportive to innovation management regarding sustainable mobility concepts in the countries NL and GE; • Responsible for regular presentations of work stands in various internal professional meetings. Qualifications Profile: • Completed education in the field of purchase/communication with additional necessary qualification in the automotive field; • Several years of experience in mobility/automotive concepts in commercial environments; • Excellent Dutch language skills, verbally and in writing. Candidate has, due to contact with German mobility colleagues. to speak good English as well. German is an advantage; • Extensive knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/IFS); • Have knowledge of continuous improvement approaches (LEAN); • Positive critical attitude, results-oriented; • Strong personality, initiative, creative, independent and assertive.; • Teamplayer.
