Change manager

Change manager

The Change Manager is the project manager of this change process. She or he will be guiding the
complete change process and be a part of the 2GW Program. This ensures the change manager can
develop the right changes from the complete and overall view of the 2GW projects and all parties
involved. The change manager needs to see what and how everyone is involved and what the new SE.way
of working involves for their current routines. The change manager ensures progress and is also
available as a safe haven for those employees who are less likely to embrace the new way of working.
Attention is therefore paid to soft skills, hesitations and concerns.
Now it’s time to describe the change management approach and get the change process started. It
needs to create the right sense of urgency, to pay and get attention for the cultural and
behavioural topics and to get the SE way of thinking and working internalised within the teams.

•	Review and enrich the current training programs in regard to pay more attention to soft
        skills and adoption of SE;
